Director David Dhawan, well known for his comedy films, has come back with yet another
hilarious venture, 'Partner'. The film casts David's lucky hero Salman Khan and Govinda as
heroes. It provides good quality of humour right from the beginning. It is stylish with
Govinda and Salman's combination. The director deserves a praise for his script and
direction.
Story:
Prem (Salman Khan) is a date doctor who advices men about how to woo girls. He meets Bhaskar
(Govinda), a dreamer who is in love with his beautiful boss, Priya (Katrina Kaif), a
multi-millionaire. When Bhaskar asks Prem for tips to win Priya's heart, he laughs off and
tells Bhaskar to forget her. Later he agrees to guide Bhaskar. Meanwhile Prem falls for
Naina (Lara Dutta), a journalist. The two love stories move ahead. With the help of Prem,
Bhaskar is able to impress Priya. The film takes a turn when Priya's father fixes her
marriage with a foreigner. And how the love stories of Bhaskar and Prem had a happy ending
amidst the hurdles, is to be seen on the screen.
Performances:
Govinda and Salman have combinely stolen the show. Salman has performed like never before.
His actions are sure to attract his fans. Govinda sets teh screen ablaze with an incredible
performance. Katrina Kaif does her best in the film. The chemistry between Katrina and
Govinda is good. Lara Dutta looks gorgeous and does her role well. Rajpal Yadav is funny.
Puneet Issar is fine. Music by Sajid-Wajid is pleasant. Dialogues are superb. Choreography
and cinematography are good. The film has interesting story and screenplay. The other
technical aspects are alright.
